Nomination Process

Nominate an inspiring woman CEO by following these steps

Eligibility

Nominees must be women CEOs with at least 3 years of experience in a CEO or executive role.

Submission

Submit nominations online, by email, or through a paper submission. Include a brief description of the nominee’s achievements, business website, social media profiles, and impact on gender equality.

Deadline

31st December Early Registration (December): PKR 25,000

Confirmation

Eligibility will be confirmed within 4 days of submission.

Finalists Announcement

Finalists will be announced within 7 days of submission.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Women CEO of the Year Award 2024, nominees must:

Have a minimum of 3 years in a CEO or equivalent executive position.
Show achievements in business growth, leadership, and innovation.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to SDG 5: Gender Equality, through initiatives or policies that support gender inclusivity
Display a dedication to ethical practices and corporate social responsibility

Eligible nominees will be evaluated by our panel based on these criteria

Evaluation Criteria

Nominees will be judged based on the following

Leadership

Success in leading the organization.

Business Success

Achievements in growth and performance.

Innovation

New ideas and improvements introduced.

Support for Gender Equality

Actions taken to promote gender equality.

Social Responsibility

Ethical and community-friendly practices.

Endorsements

Positive feedback from employees or peers.

Our judging panel will carefully assess each nominee to select the best candidates in each category.
